Heat treatment shop:Our advanced heat treatment facility includes 15 furnaces (electric, gas-fired, and oil-fired) capable of hardening, tempering, annealing, stress relieving, and controlled slow cooling. Cooling systems feature water and polymer quenching baths with mechanical agitation and capacities ranging from 10 kL to 100 kL, ensuring uniform cooling.Temperature precision is achieved with contact and dual thermocouples, nfrared sensors, and SCADAbased monitoring, providing real-time graphs for accurate process control.
